Returns and Exchanges

We will always make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving an order or communicate with the seller to get the corresponding refund.

Return requests made after 14 days of receiving the order won't be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • If any item is damaged during the return due to insufficient packaging, we may offer a partial refund or it might not be possible at our discretion.
  • In the case of voluntary returns (such as purchasing the wrong product or you simply changed your mind), you are responsible for the logistics and cost of the return shipping.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We want you to be happy with your order, and if for any reason you’re not, please do let us know. We value your feedback.

 

※Color consistency

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Additionally, printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Damaged Products

We do all we can to package items for safe delivery.

For all products that arrive damage we send a replacement. To be eligible you need to send photos of the damaged parts. Occasionally, we may ask for detailed information to resolve the issue thoroughly and efficiently.

  • Damaged products should be claimed within 3 days of the completion of product delivery.
  • If not received within 3 days, it will be considered a standard return or exchange and no shipping refund will be provided.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Please note our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Return and refund procedure

To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:

Step 1. Inform throughourmet by email, sending your return request to throughourmet@gmail.com must include the following information: the order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return. If your claim is for a damaged product, please make sure to attach any supporting photos or attachments relevant to your claim.

Step 2. Process the return request. Once the return request has been sent, our returns department staff will contact you within a swift timeframe and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned.

Step 3. Return of your product. You must return the product without undue delay, taking into account the times indicated in this case, within 14 days, from the day you receive the order.

Step 4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not.

 

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
