Order & Shipping Information

  • All orders are being processed within within 2-5 working days, and delivery can be 5-10 working days
  • The following delivery times are estimates and may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster.
  • After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way.
  • Accessing your dashboard lets you easily find all the order details, including the tracking information. Follow these three simple steps: 1) Navigate to the 'Orders' page and select the order you want to track. 2) Click the order reference ID to view the details page and review all the information, including product details, customer's address, shipping method, shipping date, delivery date, order status, and delivery confirmation. 3) For more details, click 'Event History,' and additional information will appear.
  • The tracking link won't be generated until the product has been manufactured and is ready to be shipped. So, if you can't find the tracking link, please wait until it has been generated. Also, the tracking link won't update until the order is moved to the status "Shipped". Finally, some shipping methods might not be tracked, therefore you might not have a tracking link.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times, no we didn’t forget your items.
  • Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • The customer has 3 days following the completion of the shipment to verify the integrity of all items and accessories in the order and ensure that everything is included as expected. After these 3 days, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.

  • In some countries, customs fees may apply based on local regulations Fees may vary depending on order amount, country restrictions, and other factors depending on the product itself. These fees are often calculated based on the reported retail price. Any additional duties and taxes charged by customs are the customer's responsibility. All fees will be paid by the customer to the appropriate customs authorities.
  • Delivery times may vary by country, and shipping may not be supported.

 

[Adverse Weather Conditions]

When there are adverse weather conditions, international deliveries might be affected. If transport is delayed, so will your package. However, we do an excellent job of working around this to ensure quick and efficient deliveries. Please allow up to 8 weeks for late delivery. If it does not arrive, email us so we can look into the issue further!

 

Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address or absence.

 

  • Address Verification

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and up to date. Before finalizing an order, buyers are advised to double-check the shipping address details to avoid any delays or non-delivery situations.

 

  • Non-Delivery Due to Erroneous Address

In the event that the order cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to an error or inaccuracy, the buyer will be solely responsible for the non-delivery. This includes but is not limited to, incorrect recipient name, street address, city, postal code, or contact information.

 

  • Reshipping Fee

Should a non-delivery occur due to absence or an erroneous address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee to attempt the delivery again. The reshipping fee will be communicated to the buyer and must be paid before the reshipment process can be initiated.

 

Non-Delivery Due to Buyer Absence

 

  • Receiving the Delivery

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their availability or that of an authorized representative at the shipping address to receive the delivery. If the buyer is unavailable, the buyer must make arrangements to have someone receive the package on their behalf.

 

  • Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver the package. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the buyer's absence, the shipping provider will usually leave a delivery notification or attempt to contact the buyer via the provided contact information.

 

  • Rescheduling

the Delivery Buyers may have the option to reschedule the delivery with the shipping provider, subject to the provider's terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to liaise with the shipping provider directly for any redelivery arrangements.

 

  • Reshipping Fee

In the event that the delivery cannot be completed due to the buyer's absence and the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee for a subsequent delivery attempt.

 

  • Refund Deduction

If the buyer chooses not to proceed with reshipment or is unable to provide an alternative delivery arrangement within a reasonable time frame, a refund may be processed for the order. However, if 14 days have elapsed, refund processing will not be possible. Additionally, the refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping fees incurred by the seller and any additional re-shipping charges.
